The Minc Restaurant & Bar has pleasing and low-slung furnishings and baleful but eye-catching vertical red tube lights hanging from the ceiling. It's a wholly good-looking bar with a next-door restaurant of the same name. It has a gigantic hole in the wall and whistle-at-the-pedestrians view of George Street.
