Since the seventies, Milton's Coronation Hotel (even then known affectionately as The Coro) has enjoyed a reputation as one of the city's finest seafood restaurants.

Even Luciano Pavarotti's famous culinary passions were ignited here. Yet one particular guest was more than just impressed. Brisbane's own Jack Zappala, who enjoyed a permanent Thursday night booking for over thirty years, eventually bought the building, and together with Chris Willis, is now the driving force behind this remarkable re-invention of The Coro.
